NFL: Baltimore Ravens make mega comeback against the Indianapolis Colts

The Monday Night Game of the 5th NFL game day turns into an overtime thriller. Thanks in large part to quarterback Lamar Jackson, the Ravens come out on top in the end against the Indianapolis Colts.

Munich – The Baltimore Ravens celebrate their fourth win of the season in the fifth game and beat the Indianapolis Colts 31:25 after overtime. At one point it looked as if the Colts would win the game.

With 3:09 minutes on the clock in the third quarter, the Ravens trailed by 3:22. But then Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson really turned it on. With 45 seconds left in regulation, he found tight end Mark Andrews for a touchdown pass. Then Andrews also completed the 2-point conversion.

Lamar Jackson with legendary performance

Marquise Brown then scored the decisive touchdown in overtime after a pass from Jackson.

In total, Jackson racked up 442 passing yards, four touchdown passes and 62 rushing yards – a legendary performance. Carson Wentz was also impressive for the Colts, throwing for 402 passing yards and two touchdowns.

Colts kicker Rodrigo Blankenship, playing with a hip injury, had a chance to decide the game in favour of Indianapolis with four seconds left in regulation. But his field goal from 47 yards missed.

This leaves Head Coach’s team with a record of 1-4 and in second-to-last place in the AFC South
