Munich/Seattle – Russell Wilson is back at team practice, fueling Seahawks fans’ hopes for a comeback soon.
Head coach Pete Carroll was thrilled with the speed of his playmaker’s recovery on Monday. He suffered an injury in the middle finger of his right hand only four weeks ago during the game against the Los Angeles Rams.
As reported by NBCSports, Carroll called his quarterback’s return “remarkable” during practice on Monday.
He added: “He’s very ahead of the targeted schedule. He’s done really well for the first time he’s been able to make a limited number of plays again. “

First time out due to injury
Wilson had missed three games recently due to injury. It was the first time ever Wilson missed a game due to injury since starting his NFL career in 2012.
However, it remains to be seen if Wilson will be able to play this weekend.
But all Seahawks fans are hoping for a comeback on the field. The team currently has a 3-5 record and will face the Green Bay Packers (7-2) and the Arizona Cardinals (8-1) in the next two weeks.
