NFL: Netflix to broadcast the first game in Australia

Right at the start of the season, Netflix is serving up a treat. The Melbourne Game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Los Angeles Rams will be broadcast live. The game kicks off on September 11 at 2:35 a.m. (German time).

The action continues at the end of November with the Thanksgiving Eve game between the Green Bay Packers and the Los Angeles Rams.

It’s also confirmed that there will be live NFL broadcasts on Christmas Day (December 25) and in Week 18 (January 9, the final game day of the regular season).

Last but not least, Netflix subscribers can look forward to the broadcast of the NFL Honors, the league’s annual awards ceremony, in February.
