Clear victory after defensive battle: Los Angeles Rams leave Chicago Bears no chance

In the last game of the seventh day, the Los Angeles Rams beat the Chicago Bears after a tough game. For both teams the focus was on defense.

In the end, the Los Angeles Rams won 24-10 in the Monday Night Game against offensively harmless Chicago Bears 24-10. Bears-Quarterback Nick Foles caught a used evening.

After a nice drive in the first quarter, Rams quarterback Jared Goff (219 passing yards, two touchdowns) found a completely open Josh Reynolds and put his team in the lead, which should last the rest of the evening.

Nick Foles (261 yards, two interceptions) and the Chicago Bears’ entire offense, however, had a hard time getting into gear. Foles not only had to take four sacks, but also two interceptions.

For the rest of the game, Rams extended their lead after two more touchdowns and a field goal. In the third quarter, the Bears’ defense also showed their skills for a short time. After a fumble by Robert Woods, Safety Eddie Jackson scored the only Bears touchdown of the evening.

While the Bears are now on a 5-2 balance and rank second in NFC North, the Rams are now on third place in NFC West with the same record.
