NFL Combine 2022 will take place in Indianapolis – move 2023?

The NFL Combine will again be held in Indianapolis in 2022, for the 36th consecutive year. In 2023, the talent showcase could change locations for the first time since 1987.

Munich – The location for the 2022 NFL Combine has been decided. And it’s unsurprisingly Indianapolis.

The annual talent scouting, in which the 400 or so college graduates registered for the draft recommend themselves for the NFL teams, has been taking place in the capital of the US state of Indiana since 1987 – so 2022 will be the 36th year in a row.

The exception was 2020, when all interviews were virtual and workouts were held during College Pro Days due to the Corona pandemic.

The venue for the four-day event from late February to early March 2022 will be Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts, as usual.

NFL Combine could move in 2023

The Combine could change venues starting in 2023. Indianapolis’ contract with the NFL is expiring, and the Combines from 2023 to 2028 have been put out to bid.

In addition to Indy, Dallas and Los Angeles have already submitted bids, according to NFL insider Ian Rapoport.
