Only in the last second the victory of the Bills against the Giants is determined. Before that, running back Damien Harris suffers a serious injury.

The Buffalo Bills had the expected win in the Sunday Night Game of the NFL, but had to fight for the victory against the New York Giants until the very end. Josh Allen’s team won 14:9 against the Giants, but could hardly shine.

The victory was overshadowed by the serious injury to Bills running back Damien Harris. The ball carrier was hit in the neck during a play in the second quarter and remained lying on the turf for several minutes.

Harris, who was able to move his arms and legs, was subsequently rushed to hospital.

The favourites trailed 6-0 at home until the fourth quarter, when quarterback Allen turned the game around with two touchdown passes to Deonte Harty and Quintin Morris.

However, the Bills were under pressure again shortly before the end. With the last drive, the Giants almost forced the victory.

But Darren Waller was unable to catch the pass from quarterback Tyrod Taylor at the 1-yard line. The last chance to turn the game around was over.

While the Giants (1-5) threatened to lose sight of the playoffs early with their fourth loss in a row, the Bills (4-2) consolidated second place in the AFC East with the win.
