Seattle Seahawks: Jamal Adams likely to play with broken finger

Seattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams will apparently play with a broken finger and a certain brace next season. I wonder if that will limit him in his game?

Munich – Jamal Adams will play with a broken finger next season. This was reported by NFL insider Ian Rapoport.

According to the report, the Seattle Seahawks safety will play with a special device designed to protect the finger. It is unclear how this brace will limit the 26-year-old in his game. It’s quite possible, however, that Adams could run into trouble on interceptions or fumble recoveries.

Adams: OP probably not until after the season

Adams suffered the fracture in his first practice with the Hawks – he had started the preparation healthy. But afterwards his finger got caught in a teammate’s helmet.

According to Rapoport, however, Adams and the Seahawks are considering not operating on the finger until after the season. With the new NFL season just around the corner and the first preseason games starting soon, surgery in August or September is apparently too short of a time frame.

Adams 2018 in Pro Bowl

Adams came up with two interceptions in 12 games for Seattle last season – the safety was in the Pro Bowl in 2018.
