The San Francisco 49ers’ winning streak continues. For the German NFL professional Mark Nzeocha, who was still under contract with the 49ers last season, it is clear: This year the 49ers will win the Super Bowl.

Ten games, ten wins. The San Francisco 49ers have been in top form for months, recently bowling the Seattle Seahawks out of the playoffs with 41:23 in the Wild Card Round.

In the Divisional Round, Head Coach Kyle Shanahan’s team will face the Dallas Cowboys. For German NFL linebacker Mark Nzeocha, who was under contract with the 49ers from 2017 to 2021 inclusive, one thing is certain: “I think 49ers against Kansas City (Chiefs) will be the Super Bowl, a rematch of 2019 – and this time we’ll go out as winners,” he said in an interview with “Sport1”.

The 49ers lost 20-31 in the Super Bowl in the 2019/20 season. At the time, Nzeocha was on the field for 20 snaps on special teams.

Even three years later, Nzeocha could easily see himself donning the 49ers uniform once again. “I’d be ready! If they need help now for the playoff push, I’d definitely be there,” he said on “Sport1”.

For the 49ers, he was on the field in a total of 49 games, in which he collected just over 1,200 snaps. In 2019, he managed one interception as a defensive player.

He calls the team around quarterback Brock Purdy his “second home” and “heart club”.
