Los Angeles Rams at Tampa Bay Buccaneers 13:16

After three straight losses, Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers got another win. With nine seconds left in the game, Cade Otton caught the decisive touchdown pass.

Brady completed 36 of his 58 passes for 280 yards and a touchdown. In addition, he once again immortalised himself in the history books. The quarterback broke the 100,000 passing yards mark and completed a game-winning drive for the 55th time. With the latter figure, he is now the sole record holder ahead of Peyton Manning (54).

Matthew Stafford, the Los Angeles Rams quarterback, completed 13 of his 27 passes for 165 yards and a touchdown. Cooper Kupp caught passes for 127 yards and a touchdown. The running game was not particularly effective on either side: the Rams finished with 68 rushing yards, the Buccaneers with 51 rushing yards.

Tampa Bay now stands at an interim record of four wins and five losses. The reigning Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams have won only three of their eight games.

Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals 31:21

A week before the NFL game in Germany, the Seattle Seahawks have underlined their strong form by claiming their sixth win in their ninth game of the season.

Quarterback Geno Smith threw for 275 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Among his favourite targets was Noah Fant, who caught passes for 96 yards.

Running back Kenneth Walker III was particularly effective, running for 109 yards and two touchdowns. On defence, Uchenna Nwosu in particular delivered a strong game with two sacks.

Kyler Murray, the Cardinals’ quarterback, recorded 175 passing yards and two touchdowns, but also committed a fumble. Arizona has a record of three wins and six losses.
