Did Aaron Rodgers violate the NFL’s Corona protocols as an unvaccinated player? The league has now commented on the case.

Munich – The case surrounding Aaron Rodgers has caused much confusion around the NFL.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback claimed to be immunised before the season but has not been vaccinated and will be out for a few days due to a positive Corona test.

Because Rodgers was perceived by the public to have been vaccinated, few observers apparently noticed that the superstar, in reality an unvaccinated pro, may have violated many an NFL Corona requirement.

The league now said in a statement that it would examine the protocols surrounding the case. “Misconduct in adhering to protocols has resulted in penalties against individual franchises in the past. The league is aware of the current situation in Green Bay and will review the matter with the Packers,” it said.

Rodgers apparently violated protocols multiple times

Rodgers has, among other things, refrained from wearing a mask during press conferences held inside the Packers’ compound. He has also been seen on the sidelines of all NFL games and at his team’s Halloween party without mouth-to-nose protection.

Furthermore, unvaccinated players are not actually allowed to travel to away games on the team plane. There are also no religious or medical exemptions in this case, and the affected professionals must travel separately from the team. However, there is footage of Rodgers on his way onto a plane with the team.

Should the NFL stand firm on Corona protocols, the Packers are likely to face a fine. Last year, the Las Vegas Raiders were among those prosecuted for violations.

Athletically, they’re hobbled against the Kansas City Chiefs without their leader anyway.
