If you want, you can bet on who will be the new head coach of the Dallas Cowboys. One coach has emerged as the hot favorite.
Who will be the new head coach of the Dallas Cowboys? There are quite a few candidates. At the betting site Draft Kings, you can bet on as many as 60 (!) names.
Among gamblers, Kellen Moore is the hot favorite for the job, with odds of -150 dollars. This means that a bet of 100 dollars would have to be placed for a win of 150 dollars. Moore came to Dallas in 2015 as a backup quarterback. He later became quarterback coach and then offensive coordinator.
The current OC of the Philadelphia Eagles has replaced former Cowboys player Deion Sanders as the number one pick. Sanders, with odds of +200 (a $200 profit on a $100 bet), is now only number two.
“Prime Time” had recently made a conversation with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones public, but it was not an official job interview.
Moore conducted his virtual interview with the Cowboys brass on Friday.
Third on the list is former Jets coach Robert Saleh (+300), followed by Cowboys OC Brian Schottenheimer at +500. Behind them: Lions OC Ben Johnson (+700), Commanders OC Kliff Kingsbury, Bills OC Joe Brady and Lions DC Aaron Glenn (all +850).
Bill Belichick is also on the list, at +1200. Belichick has signed with the college team North Carolina Tar Heels. However, because the contract has not yet been signed, speculation about his departure is growing.
