Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson does not rank his quarterback Kirk Cousins among the NFL’s top five playmakers. The latter is now responding to his pass receiver’s statement.

Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson is undoubtedly one of the best pass receivers in the NFL. Recently, the 24-year-old was asked to name the top 5 current NFL quarterbacks.

His own playmaker Kirk Cousins did not make the cut.

Instead, Jefferson named Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, Joe Burrow, Jalen Hurts and Josh Allen – in that exact order. Though he still slotted his own passer behind him, Cousins didn’t make the top 5.

Now the latter has spoken out about his receiver’s statement and apparently has no problem with it. “This is the first I’ve heard of it. I haven’t seen the interview,” he is quoted as saying by Sports Illustrated.
