Detroit Lions still winless! Chicago Bears win Thanksgiving game

Without Justin Fields, but with Andy Dalton, the Chicago Bears are coming off a narrow victory at the Detroit Lions. Detroit and Amon-Ra St. Brown thus continue to wait for a sense of achievement in the 2021 season.

Munich – The Chicago Bears held on for a 16-14 win over the Detroit Lions in the first of three Thanksgiving games, picking up their first win after five straight losses.

Bears kicker Cairo Santos clinched the win with a field goal as the clock expired.

Andy Dalton, filling in for the injured Justin Fields, had a solid game and finished with 317 yards. In addition, he threw a touchdown and an interception.

His counterpart Jared Goff also had a good game. He completed 21 of his 25 pass attempts for 171 yards and threw two touchdowns.

For the Bears, Darnell Mooney provided some highlights. The wide receiver caught five passes for 123 yards. Amon-Ra St.Brown, on the Lions’ side, caught four balls for 23 yards.

Detroit remains winless and is still the worst team in the league. Despite the win, the Chicago Bears, with four wins and seven losses, have little hope of making the playoffs.
