Jackson Mahomes was arrested Wednesday. The younger brother of superstar Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is accused of aggravated sexual assault. He faces up to 55 months in prison in the worst case scenario.

Superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs once again has to worry about his younger brother Jackson.

The 22-year-old social media star was arrested Wednesday at 7:45 a.m. local time in Kansas City, charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and assault. Bail was set at $100,000.

The arrest was made for an incident at a Kansas City restaurant in February. Mahomes is accused of sexually assaulting and physically assaulting the owner of Aspens Restaurant and Lounge.

The 40-year-old alleges Mahomes tried to kiss her against her will several times. Mahomes was allegedly intoxicated and also pushed a waiter.

If Mahomes is convicted, he could face a lengthy prison sentence – up to 55 months in prison is the law in the state of Kansas for sexual assault.

The incident was captured by surveillance cameras, and police have been investigating since March. Already last year, Jackson Mahomes had been filmed in Las Vegas grabbing a woman in the face.

The eccentric influencer has already attracted negative attention on several occasions. For example, when he poured water on fans during a Baltimore Ravens game in 2021, or performed one of his infamous TikTok dances at the memorial of the shot former NFL player Sean Taylor in the stadium of the Washington Commanders.
