Oregon tight end Kenyon Sadiq puts in an exceptional performance at the NFL Combine.
An excellent performance from Kenyon Sadiq. The Oregon tight end completed the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine in 4.39 seconds. No player in his position group has been faster since at least 2003. Sadiq surpassed the previous record of 4.40 seconds, set by Vernon Davis in 2006 and equaled by Dorin Dickerson in 2010.
The 1.90-meter-tall, 109-kilogram athlete didn’t just excel in the sprint. He also shone in the high jump and long jump, achieving the second-best performance of all participating tight ends in each event.
Sadiq and Stowers as top tight ends
Eli Stowers from Vanderbilt University showed the two best jumps, but Sadiq clearly beat him in the 40-yard dash, with Stowers sprinting the distance in “only” 4.51 seconds.
Sadiq had his best college season in 2025 with 51 catches for 560 yards and eight touchdowns. Alongside Stowers, he is considered the top tight end among the upcoming talent pool.
