Bill Belichick was a guest at the University of Washington’s Spring Training this weekend. Dressed entirely in Washington Huskies training gear, the longtime Patriots coach caused quite a stir
A hoodie from the New England Patriots, the matching cap on his head – that’s how Bill Belichick is known.
From 2000 to 2023, the coach shaped an extraordinary era of success in New England and was usually seen in his usual outfit. Accordingly, it causes a stir when the 71-year-old now appears in different colors.
This was the case on Saturday, when Belichick was seen in full University of Washington gear at Seattle University’s spring football training.
The six-time Super Bowl winner with the Patriots took part in the “Coaches Clinic” as a guest and was dressed in the training gear of the Washington Huskies college team.
Belichick’s son Steve is the Huskies’ defensive coordinator, and his father was invited to take part in the spring training session and give young coaches tips from his wealth of experience.
And who knows, maybe Belichick Senior will take a job as a college coach in the foreseeable future. The Huskies’ training gear certainly suited him well
