Corona tragedy: NFL agent loses parents within six minutes

The coronavirus is raging particularly badly in the USA, especially in terms of the number of people infected. NFL agent Buddy Baker now lost his parents and appealed in a video to his followers to take the disease seriously.

The coronavirus pandemic is now sweeping the US in a rush.

The numbers are frightening: As of Wednesday evening, more than 200,000 people are infected, more than 4,000 of whom have died. And the numbers are still rising.

Among the dead: the parents of NFL agent Buddy Baker. He posted an emotional video on Twitter in which he told the sad story, also as a warning, because his parents were fit before they were infected with the virus.

Finally, “in perfect health”
“My parents were great people,” Baker said. “They were married over 51 years and died six minutes apart. Just a few weeks ago, they were in perfect health.”

As CEO of the “Exclusive Sports Group”, Baker represents about a dozen NFL professionals such as Terry McLaurin, Jack Doyle or the brothers Shaquem and Shaquill Griffin.

“We live in a world of ‘it can’t happen to me. It can’t happen to us. It can’t happen to my family’. Well, it happened to us,” said Baker. “I want to take this time to get people to think about changing. Use ‘social distancing’. Wash your hands as regularly as possible. And most importantly, stay home.”
