NFL schedule change: The best football league in the world announces that once again the Los Angeles Chargers will be on a better broadcasting slot than previously planned.
Munich – The NFL has announced a change to the game schedule in Week 14. Thus, the game between the Miami Dolphins and the Los Angeles Chargers on 11 December will be played as a Sunday Night Game.
In return, the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Denver Broncos, originally scheduled for that time, will have to be moved up several hours.
Chargers rescheduled again for Sunday night
It’s the second time this season the Chargers have been moved up to Sunday night. This was already the case in week eleven against the Chiefs.
Since 2006, the NFL has had a flexible scheduling process for the popular Sunday night slot to ensure quality games at that time. The flexible scheduling can be used twice between weeks 5 to 10 and 11 to 17.
