New England Patriots – Julian Edelman rages against quarterback Mac Jones: “Pissed off face”.

After the disastrous end to the game against the Raiders, countless Patriots fans are angry with their team. The longtime Pats pro dishes out against quarterback Mac Jones in the wake, choosing hearty words.

You don’t have to be able to read between the lines too much to realise that Patriots quarterback Mac Jones is highly frustrated in his second season in New England.

The team’s offence looks ineffective and repeatedly haphazard – and that becomes more apparent with each passing week.

The negative highlight: the last play in the game against the Las Vegas Raiders in week 15.

With the score tied at 24-24 and the clock running out, wide receiver Jakobi Meyers made the fatal decision to throw the ball back to his playmaker instead of going to the ground or out of bounds, thereby fixing overtime.

Instead of Mac Jones, however, Raiders defensive end Chandler Jones caught the ball and sprinted into the end zone, scoring a touchdown and leaving the Patriots as humiliated losers.

Patriots concede bitter defeat

The quarterback had tried to bring Jones down with a tackle, but with little success. After a stiff arm, the 24-year-old was on the ground and had to pick himself up again.

The unfathomable defeat angered many Patriots fans, including former player and Super Bowl winner Julian Edelman. Now, on “Inside the NFL,” the longtime Pats pro bluntly criticized Mac Jones.

First, he faulted Jones’ attempt to tackle the opposing defensive end. “The season’s on the line, he’s got to at least let him trip him,” Edelman expressed his exasperation.

Edelman rages against Mac Jones

His co-discussant Brandon Marshall, a linebacker in the NFL for many years, argued against it.

He stated that the quarterback does not practice tackles in practice. A statement that prompted much more criticism from Edelman.

“You know what, he also doesn’t practice all the post-game antics and waving off the coaches and all those pissed off faces. He doesn’t practice that and he still does it. So why can’t he make the tackle then? “

Mac Jones multiple behavioral issues this season

Mac Jones had drawn attention to himself several times this season with his behaviour.

Among other things, he yelled during the loss to the Buffalo Bills, “Throw the fucking ball! The fast game sucks.”

In the win against the Cardinals, he was also repeatedly observed shouting countless expletives.
