Unfavourable news for the New England Patriots. Cornerback Jack Jones is arrested by police after an incident involving not one but two firearms at the Boston airport

According to “Boston25News.com”, Patriots cornerback Jack Jones was arrested at the airport in Boston on Friday for allegedly trying to bring two firearms onto a plane.

The weapons were found when the athlete tried to bring his hand luggage through airport security.

The cornerback is charged with possession of concealed weapons in an airport security area, possession of ammunition without a firearms possession card, unlawful possession of a loaded firearm and possession of an ammunition feeding device for more than ten rounds.

Patriots pro arrested at airport

The Pats pro has posted $50,000 bail and an arraignment is scheduled for next week.

“We have been informed that Jack Jones was arrested today at Logan Airport,” a team spokesperson told “Boston25News.com”.

“We are in the process of gathering more information and will not comment further at this time.”

Jack Jones was selected by the Patriots in the fourth round of the 2022 draft and appeared in 13 games during his rookie season, two of them as a starter.
