Punishment for the New England Patriots!

According to “ESPN”, the Pats have been stripped of two days of Organized Team Activities (OTAs) by the NFL for allegedly violating offseason rules. The details of the violation are currently unclear, as is whether there are any other penalties against the franchise.

The practice scheduled for Thursday was cancelled during the course of Wednesday. In addition, Head Coach Bill Belichick’s team is scheduled to lose next Tuesday’s scheduled practice.

Penalty against Patriots

The NFL’s Management Council had also penalised the Dallas Cowboys last season for violating offseason work rules. The reason: the training sessions, which are supposed to take place without live contact, were judged to be too physical.
