Miami Dolphins: Interest in Tom Brady leaves Tua Tagovailoa cold – “I’m still here”.

The Miami Dolphins were recently fined for so-called “tampering”. They lose a first and third round pick for meeting with Tom Brady and Sean Payton without permission. Current quarterback Tua Tagovailoa doesn’t care about any of that.

Munich/Miami – Tua Tagovailoa should be replaced by the Miami Dolphins, the whole world now knows. Last summer, the Miami Dolphins talked to Tom Brady of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in addition to Sean Payton of the New Orleans Saints.

Without permission, as the NFL recently discovered. The punishment was accordingly draconian, the third time in history that a team has been stripped of a first-round pick.

What made big waves in Florida leaves Tagovailoa cold, as he explains.

Tua unfazed by debate: “That’s background noise “

That the Dolphins wanted Brady before they drafted him and even when he was already there, the Hawaii native commented with a smile. “I mean, I’m still here, right? It’s all background noise to me,” the playmaker said after a joint practice – with Brady and the Buccaneers, of all people, as they host the Dolphins’ first preseason game.

When asked if the new knowledge frustrated him, he had a clear answer: “The only thing that’s frustrating for me is when I’m confronted with it every day by you guys. I block it all out, I try not to see it and not to hear it.”

“Sure I hear things, from the media and also from our media training so I can answer your questions adequately,” Tua added flippantly.

Brady was not present for Wednesday’s media roundtable, but his Miami quarterback teammate revealed that the two had spoken. “Majorityly about golf,” Tagovailoa said.

The Miami Dolphins kick off the season on 11 September with a home game against the New England Patriots.
