After the rebranding of the LA Rams in 2020 brought a lot of criticism from fans, the franchise has now released new adjustments to the logo and jersey.
For months, the Los Angeles Rams have been rumored to have a new logo as well as new jerseys that are a slight variation of the models worn since 2020.
Now the franchise has revealed the secret: For the crest, they dispensed with the color gradient of the primary LA logo and instead opted for a monochrome yellow emblem, the tip of which now tapers more sharply.
The secondary ram’s head logo has also been redesigned and now features a more pointed horn, yellow eyes and a more aggressive look.
The color gradient on the royal blue jerseys has also disappeared and has been replaced by solid yellow numbers on the front and back.
The color gradient on the pants has also disappeared. The horns on the sleeves are now curved upwards at the end, and there is a label on the back of the jerseys with the Rams’ solid yellow LA logo.
After rebranding in 2020: fans were less than thrilled
In addition, primary white pants have been introduced, giving the Rams the option to wear all-white jerseys. The helmets remain relatively unchanged, but there is a new 3D font on the front.
The Rams had undergone a complete rebranding in 2020, but many of the changes were met with incomprehension and criticism from fans. With the current adjustments, the central points of criticism have now been addressed, in particular the curvature on the sleeves and the color gradient have been revised.
