Super Bowl Halftime Show: Justin Bieber canceled Usher

R&B star Usher was allowed to perform at the halftime show of the 58th Super Bowl. Some feature guests extended his performance, but Justin Bieber declined.

“Yeah”, “Caught Up”, “My Boo”, Usher performed his greatest hits on the biggest stage at Super Bowl LVIII.

He was supported by numerous features.

Whether it was Alicia Keys, who performed on the piano with her outstanding voice before going on a cuddle course with Usher, or H.E.R., who provided entertainment with a guitar solo.

Cee-Lo Green also made an appearance, as did will.i.am and of course Lil Jon with “Turn Down for What”. The 46-year-old Ludacris’ rap interlude on “Yeah” also enchanted the fans.

Usher wanted Justin Bieber at the halftime show

Usher was one of the first celebrity names to support Justin Bieber in his rise to global stardom.

“First Dance” and “Somebody to Love” were hits from almost 15 years ago. The two have a long friendship.

According to several media reports from the USA, Usher is also said to have asked Justin Bieber for a feature on the halftime show, but he declined.

According to the reports, Bieber “just wasn’t feeling” a guest appearance with Usher and preferred to be in the stadium with his wife Hailey as a spectator
