The halftime show is one of the topics of conversation around the Super Bowl every year. However, superstars such as Eminem and Dr. Dre do not receive a lavish fee – the exact opposite is the case instead.

Artists perform for free

Of course, there are still costs for the massive show. For the performance in the final game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams, around seven million US dollars were reportedly due.

According to reports, the bill was paid by rapper and music producer Dr Dre himself.
