Andrew Whitworth of the Los Angeles Rams tested positive for the corona virus. One trip was enough to get him and most of his immediate family infected.

Left Tackle Andrew Whitworth of the Los Angeles Rams tested positive for corona virus. The 38-year-old revealed this in a conference call from the NFLPA players’ union.

According to the report, a family member probably contracted the virus while having lunch with another person and then unknowingly infected the NFL player, his wife and children and his wife’s parents during a family outing. In the meantime, all family members are said to have recovered.

Whitworth has signed a three-year contract with the Rams this off-season and is one of the O-Line’s top performers.
