Joe Douglas: Little success as Jets GM
This is the 48-year-old’s second stint with the Eagles. From 2016 to 2019, he served as vice president of player personnel.
He gained experience as a scout with the Baltimore Ravens between 2000 and 2014 and with the Chicago Bears in 2015.
Most recently, he served as general manager of the New York Jets from 2019 to 2024, but was dismissed last November. He never made the playoffs with the Jets and never won more than seven games in a season.
