Warm windfall for the NFL and its teams. According to the Green Bay Packers’ annual report, the league’s national revenue will rise to just under twelve billion dollars.

The NFL took in just under twelve billion dollars in the 2022 season.

As shown in the official annual financial statements of the teams, the national revenue rose to a total of 11.98 billion.

The only published figures come from the annual financial statements released by the Green Bay Packers. This is because the Wisconsin franchise is the only publicly traded team in the NFL and therefore must disclose the numbers.

Each team takes in $374.4 million

Accordingly, the Packers took in $374.4 million last season. Since these revenues also apply to all the other 31 teams in the NFL, the total comes to just under twelve billion dollars.

This represents a growth rate of 7.8 per cent, after national revenues actually increased by twelve per cent the previous season.
