After an injury-plagued season, 49ers star Christian McCaffrey is back on track. Praise comes from a teammate.

In the past NFL season, running back Christian McCaffrey was unable to help the San Francisco 49ers due to injury, but the situation looks very different for the coming season.

Teammate Kyle Juszczyk told “The Athletic” that McCaffrey is making a strong impression in preseason training.

High praise for McCaffrey

“Christian is probably the best player in the NFL,” the fullback said on record: “He was Offensive Player of the Year two years ago. He changes everything, and he looks incredible. He looks so healthy, he looks so explosive.”

Juszczyk was initially released by the Niners at the end of last season for financial reasons. During free agency, he tried out for the Pittsburgh Steelers before another opportunity arose in San Francisco and he was able to sign a new contract.
