Although superstar quarterback Aaron Rodgers’ future with the Green Bay Packers is not yet settled, the club apparently has trade offers on the table for the playmaker.
Munich – Slowly but surely things are getting serious in the “Aaron Rodgers” case.
According to the latest media reports, the Packers are expecting a decision from the superstar soon. Career end? A full contract extension? Trade demand? For now, any of the options mentioned still seem possible.
First offers for Aaron Rodgers
Although Rodgers has yet to present a trade request – which the Packers would have to agree to first anyway – to officials, there appears to be movement on a team move for the 38-year-old.
Aaron Rodgers will be informing the Packers of his decision soon, per league sources. I’m told there are multiple teams with offers on the table but of course, nothing can happen until the Green Bay Packers allow a trade.

As "ESPN" reports, Green Bay has initial offers on the table for the superstar. Several teams are said to have deposited their interest in the case. Exactly which teams are involved was not named. In the past, the Denver Broncos were considered a hot candidate.
March 8 deadline?
Recently, general manager Brian Gutekunst was still stressing that there would be no firm agreement that Rodgers would be traded for sure should he ask for it. The potential deadline for a final decision is March 8, according to the report.
That day will determine whether Rodgers buddy and star receiver Davante Adams will be franchise tagged or hit the open market.
