According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, Greenlaw plans to appeal the suspension. As things stand, the 27-year-old will miss Week 8 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Curiously, the wild 33-32 win over the Giants was Greenlaw’s first game for the Broncos after missing the first six games with a thigh injury.
Greenlaw joined the Broncos from the San Francisco 49ers before the season and signed a three-year contract worth $31.5 million.
