NFL star defensive tackle Aaron Donald of the Los Angeles Rams is ending his career with immediate effect. The 32-year-old announced this on Friday via X. Donald played the position of defensive tackle and was under contract exclusively with the Rams during his ten seasons in the National Football League, with whom he relocated from St. Louis to Los Angeles in 2016.
In 2014, the defender was selected 13th overall in the draft and hit the ground running. Donald was voted into the All-Star Game in his very first season, with nine more nominations to follow. In 2022, he won the Super Bowl against the Cincinnati Bengals and was also voted best defender of the year three times
