With the departure of Davante Adams, Aaron Rodgers is in need of new starting receivers for the Green Bay Packers. Rookie receiver Romeo Doubs is already generating excitement for the superstar quarterback
Munich – After the departure of Davante Adams, there is a big void at the receiver position for the Green Bay Packers.
Many fans are wondering which pass receiver can fill the 29-year-old’s shoes.
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, meanwhile, already seems particularly excited about one of his new starting receivers. It’s not second-round pick Christian Watson, though.
Rather, the talk is of Romeo Doubs. The youngster was drafted by the Packers in the fourth round and is “the sensation” at Green Bay’s training camp, according to NFL insider Dov Kleiman.
Rodgers excited about Doubs
So Rodgers, speaking to reporters, said Doubs provides at least one “wow play every single day” – and that’s rare for a young guy like him. “
Packers 4th-round WR Romeo Doubs has been the sensation of GB training camp, with Aaron Rodgers telling reporters that “every single day” Doubs has made at least one “wow play.”

And continued, “Over the years, we’ve had some guys that have done it, but they’re all in the top 10 in Packers history in receiving. This is a good start for him.”
The 22-year-old previously played in college at Nevada and was selected at No. 132.
