The Green Bay Packers are part of the London Games and are advertising it with a poster, but two of their superstars are missing. What’s behind it?
Green Bay/Munich – The Green Bay Packers are visiting London, the NFL announced on Monday.
They will be visiting Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium next season. But the Packers’ official poster is missing two superstars. Rashan Gary, Aaron Jones, Jaire Alexander, David Bakhtiari and coach Matt LaFleur are on the Wisconsin franchise’s banner.
There is no sign of Davante Adams and Aaron Rodgers, however.
It is very likely that this is due to the unsettled situation of the two stars. Adams may soon become a free agent and Rodgers has not yet clarified whether he will continue to play for the Packers next season or whether he will play for another team.
