The Dallas Cowboys have a special outfit ready for the Thanksgiving game. Against the New York Giants, the Texans will be wearing helmets and jerseys from the 1960s.
Munich/Arlington – After the New York Giants, the Dallas Cowboys are also following suit with retro designs. In a direct clash, of all things.
The club of owner Jerry Jones will compete on Thanksgiving in white helmets with blue stars as well as blue jerseys with shoulder and arm parts in white.
The Cowboys last wore throwback jerseys in the 2012 season.
The helmets with their simple design originated in the early 1960s. It wasn’t until 1965 that Dallas switched to the typical silver helmets.
Keep it classic with a throwback on Thanksgiving Day!

The Giants had pulled their retro jerseys out of the closet just a few days ago and announced they would play two games in them. On game day 4 against the Chicago Bears and on game day 13 against the Washington Commanders.
