According to a lawsuit filed in Denton County, the athlete signed a one-year lease on a house in Frisco, Texas – with a monthly rent of $5,500.
But Diggs allegedly only made the first payment, according to landlord Rose Marie Yadegar, and moved out last July “in lieu of eviction. “

Now Yadegar is demanding $33,500 in unpaid rent and late fees, plus costs to repair damage, clean carpet, etc.
Diggs was drafted in the second round in 2020 and earned $1.723 million last season. In 2022, he was selected to his second consecutive Pro Bowl.
