The contract poker for CeeDee Lamb is still not resolved. Now his buddy Micah Parsons is speaking out about the strike. Unlike owner Jerry Jones, however, he remains relaxed

The Dallas Cowboys’ pre-season preparations are in full swing. While the sun is mostly shining in Arlington, Texas, the focus is less on the players who are there and more on one player who isn’t: wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.

He only has one season left on his contract. With no contract extension in sight, he is not practicing.

After Tuesday’s practice, Micah Parsons, another star player whose contract ends after the 2025 season, had this to say about his teammate. “He texted me and said that I was going hard in training,” he said.

Logically, the journalists present immediately asked about the connection between the two. “Of course we talk,” Parsons continued. “At the end of the day, everyone knows what it’s all about. You know it, I know it, CeeDee knows it.”

Does the defensive end worry that Lamb might not be available for the season opener against the Cleveland Browns in early September? “He’s part of our brotherhood, whether he wants to be or not.
