Prevea Health, a health organisation based in Green Bay, announces that it is ending its partnership with Aaron Rodgers by mutual agreement. The reason is the Green Bay Packers quarterback’s vaccination status.
Green Bay – Since 2012 Aaron Rodgers worked as a spokesman and ambassador for the health organisation Prevea Health and supported projects in Wisconsin.
On Saturday evening German time, the organisation, which was founded 25 years ago in Green Bay, now announced that the collaboration has ended by mutual agreement.
Prevea Health encourages people to get vaccinated
Prevea Health feels absolutely committed to protecting patients, staff and the community from the Corona pandemic, the hospital operator’s tweet said. “This includes encouraging and supporting the public to get vaccinated against Covid-19, preventing the virus from continuing to impact our lives,” the organisation further wrote. There was no further information on the separation.
But there is no question that Aaron Rodgers’ vaccination status led to the split. The quarterback of the Green Bay Packers had recently been infected with the corona virus. It came to light that he had not been vaccinated, although he had claimed to be. In addition, he made further headlines with his reasoning for not being vaccinated.
