The NFL Sunday Ticket, popular with NFL fans in the USA, has a new home: Youtube TV. The prices on the streaming service for the 2023 season are now known – and they have it in spades.

The NFL games on Sunday afternoons in the USA are broadcast by the two broadcasters “CBS” and “Fox”. However, with regional differences in linear television.

For example, in Boston you can see the duel of the New England Patriots against the New York Jets, but not the game of the Las Vegas Raiders against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

In order to have full access to all the Sunday games, you need an extra subscription in the States, the “NFL Sunday Ticket”. This moves to Youtube TV in 2023.

Prices are almost $500 per season

For this, the prices have now been published. Google’s brand is using a multi-tiered pricing model for this: price for one season in advance and price for one season after advance.

The cheapest option is for existing subscribers of Youtube TV in advance and without the popular “Redzone”, i.e. the NFL conference. That costs 249 dollars. For the inclusion of the “Redzone”, an additional 50 dollars is due.

For users who are not subscribers to Youtube TV and don’t want to buy in advance and have the Redzone in their package, the Sunday Ticket costs a whopping $489. That’s more than $80 per month from September to February.

Not even all the games are included in the Sunday Ticket. As the name suggests, the Thursday and Monday games are marketed separately.

The Sunday Ticket is owned by YouTube TV for the next seven years; Google has paid around 14 billion dollars for the rights.
