The two brothers Peyton and Eli Manning will become coaches in the NFL. At least for one special game. They will face each other as coaches in the Flag Football Game at the upcoming Pro Bowl.

Munich – The upcoming NFL Pro Bowl gets some changes. Among other things, there will be a Flag Football Game between the stars of the AFC and the NFC. Two NFL legends will act as coaches on the sidelines.

During the Monday Night Game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New Orleans Saints, brothers Eli and Peyton announced on the joint “ManningCast” that they will be the head coaches of the respective teams.

Peyton, who spent his career with the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos, will coach the AFC team, while Eli, who only played for the New York Giants, will guide the NFC team.

There will be a total of three flag football games at the Pro Bowl, preceded by a number of different contests. The Manning brothers will each field the teams for the games and determine the players who will participate in each challenge.

Eli Manning has a score to settle with Peyton

According to a press release from the Giants, there should be points for the individual competitions and the first two games. The third flag football game will then determine the final winner

As players, both brothers won two Super Bowls each. However, the head-to-head duels clearly went to the older one. Peyton won all three meetings with Eli. The younger one will therefore have a special incentive to decide the first coaching duel in his favour.
