The battle for the 14 playoff spots in the NFL is heating up. Some teams can already make everything clear in week 15 towards the postseason

Last week, the San Francisco 49ers became the first team this season to secure a spot in the playoffs. More teams could follow on the upcoming matchday.

The playoff scenarios in week 15 in the AFC

In the AFC, only the Baltimore Ravens, who face the Jacksonville Jaguars, can secure the playoffs early in Week 15. That would require one of the following scenarios:

1. Ravens win and Broncos (vs. Lions) and Bills (vs. Cowboys) don’t win
2. Ravens win and Broncos and Browns (vs. Bears) do not win
3. Ravens win and Broncos and Steelers (vs. Colts) do not win
4. Ravens win and Broncos and Texans (vs. Titans) do not win
5. Ravens win and Bills and Browns don’t win
6. Ravens win and Bills and Steelers do not win
7. Ravens win and Bills and Texans don’t win
8th Ravens win and Browns don’t win and Steelers tie Colts
9. Ravens win and Texans don’t win and Steelers tie Colts
There are other possibilities that would punch the Ravens’ ticket. A tie would be enough for Baltimore

The playoff scenarios in week 15 in the NFC

After the San Francisco 49ers, three teams in the NFC can clinch a postseason spot early.

The Philadelphia Eagles will face the Seattle Seahawks and reach the playoffs if one of the following scenarios occurs:

1. Eagles don’t lose
2. Packers lose (to Buccaneers) and Falcons (to Panthers) and Rams (to Commanders) do not win
3. Packers lose and Falcons don’t win and 49ers (vs. Cardinals) don’t lose and Lions (vs. Broncos) win
4. Buccaneers lose and Vikings (vs. Bengals) and Rams don’t win
5. Buccaneers lose and Vikings don’t win and 49ers don’t lose and Lions win
6th Vikings and Falcons and Rams don’t win
7th Vikings and Falcons don’t win and 49ers don’t lose and Lions win
8th Buccaneers play Packers to a draw and Rams don’t win
9th Buccaneers tie Packers and 49ers don’t lose and Lions win

The Dallas Cowboys, who face the Buffalo Bills, could also secure a playoff ticket:
