Sad news from the NFL. Former offensive tackle Korey Cunningham has passed away at the age of 28
The NFL is mourning the loss of a former player. As the New York Giants announced in a statement, former offensive tackle Korey Cunningham has passed away at the age of 28.
We are saddened to hear of the passing of Korey Cunningham. He was a vital part of the spirit and camaraderie of the locker room. Our thoughts are with Korey’s family, friends and teammates.

As “ESP” writes, Cunningham was found lifeless in his apartment on Thursday (25.04.24). Further details are not yet known.
The Arizona Cardinals selected Cunningham in the seventh round of the 2018 NFL Draft. He played six games for the Cardinals in his rookie season. Before the 2019 season, he was traded to the New England Patriots, for whom he appeared in twelve more games.
In September 2021, he joined the practice squad of the New York Giants, who added him to the active squad in the middle of the season. He played 13 games for the team from New York. He has not played in an NFL game since 2022
