Back in April, the NFL confirmed the clash between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers in Brazil.

On Friday, September 6, 2024, the duel will take place in Week 1 of the 2024 season.

It will be the first time in over 50 years that the NFL has played a game on the Friday night of its opening weekend of a season since the Cardinals and Rams met on September 18, 1970.

The NFL has also come up with something special for the halftime show. As journalist Danilo Lacalle reports, the Brazilian superstar Anitta will apparently provide the audience with a half-time performance. The league is said to be in negotiations with the Latin pop star’s team.

The clash will take place in Sao Paulo at the Corinthians Arena, the home ground of Brazilian soccer club SC Corinthians.
