NFL comeback? Terrelle Pryor confirms talk with New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers

Terrelle Pryor is still hoping for an NFL comeback after almost two years of abstinence. The wide receiver now confirms talks with five teams. In particular, he would be attracted to an engagement with the New England Patriots or the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Terrelle Pryor hasn’t played an NFL game in almost two years.

Nevertheless, the wide receiver, who has played for the Cleveland Browns and the Washington Redskins among others, still hopes for a comeback.

Apparently some teams are showing interest in the 31-year-old. In an interview with “TMZ Sports” Pryor explained that he has already had talks with five teams, including the New England Patriots and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Patriots and Steelers obviously interested in Pryor
“These two teams appeal to me very much, especially I would like to play together with Cam Newton. I have been a fan of his for many years. Pittsburgh is my hometown and of course Ben Roethlisberger is also there,” explained Pryor.

He did not reveal how far the talks have progressed.

The wide receiver, who was originally drafted as a college quarterback, is still convinced of his NFL suitability: “I still have it. I can still make plays and dominate my opponents.”

Pryor, who played in the NFL from 2011 to 2018, scored 115 catches, 1,563 receiving yards and seven touchdowns in a total of 51 games. His last appearance for the Buffalo Bills was in the 2018 season, when he caught 16 passes for 252 yards and two touchdowns in eight matches.
