After the loss to the Baltimore Ravens, the father of running back Kareem Hunt got upset with his son’s quarterback, Baker Mayfield, on Facebook.
Munich – The mood at the Cleveland Browns has apparently not improved even after the departure of Odell Beckham Jr. Against the Baltimore Ravens, the Browns lost 16-10, despite four interceptions by Lamar Jackson. Baker Mayfield’s team now stands at a record of 6-6.
Only minutes after the loss, Kareem Hunt Sr, father of Browns running back Kareem Hunt, got his frustration off his chest. On his Facebook page, he criticised Baker Mayfield, among others: “You can see he (Baker Mayfield; ed.) is limping and afraid to throw the ball.” And the Browns’ coaches also got their comeuppance: “They (the coaches; ed.) know he’s hurt.”

The incident brings back memories. Shortly before his dismissal, Odell Beckham Jr’s father had edited together a video that purported to show Mayfield intentionally not throwing at his son. That video led to the dismissal of the wide receiver, who later joined the Los Angeles Rams.
Kareem Hunt Senior, however, defended himself against the accusation that he was acting like Beckham Senior. He would “speak football facts”.
