NFL: Antonio Brown denies living a life of luxury in Dubai – reference to AI and non-American benefactors

Former star receiver Antonio Brown is showing off jewelry and expensive cars on Instagram, even though he is facing bankruptcy proceedings. He has now given some surprising answers in a video conference.

Eccentric clothes, expensive sports cars – Antonio Brown shows off his luxurious lifestyle in the United Arab Emirates to his 16.4 million followers on Instagram.

However, there is a catch. The former superstar receiver is officially bankrupt and there is an arrest warrant out for him in the US for attempted murder.

During a creditors’ meeting as part of his bankruptcy proceedings, “AB” denied that he was living the high life as an NFL retiree.

The 37-year-old said he does not own any expensive jewelry or luxury cars, nor does he have any accounts with cryptocurrencies.

Who is paying Antonio Brown’s rent?

One of the creditors asked directly where Brown currently lives and how he pays his rent. “I’m staying out here with some people, bro,” replied Brown, who was apparently joining the online meeting from a hotel room in Dubai.

Brown did not disclose who was paying his rent or who owned the house he currently lives in. He merely admitted that his benefactor was not an American citizen.

Brown, who earned more than $100 million during his NFL career, owes a group of creditors around $3.5 million. The creditors are unlikely to be thrilled about Brown’s social media activities, given that he officially filed for bankruptcy in May last year.

However, on June 26 of this year, he posted a screenshot showing a bank balance of $24 million. The post was accompanied by the phrase: “Bankruptcy over.” Brown now claims that these were old pictures and that he does not have $24 million.

Brown could be arrested upon entering the US

He went on to say that the pictures showing him behind the wheel of expensive sports cars may have been created with the help of artificial intelligence. Shortly afterwards, he said that he was allowed to drive a sports car from time to time as part of an advertising deal.

Until now, the former Pro Bowler had failed to submit the necessary documents for the bankruptcy proceedings. These include the deeds to houses that could be auctioned off to pay off his debts.

Brown was also asked if he was thinking of returning to the US. “I hope so, yes,” he replied. However, the receiver could be arrested upon entry, as he is under investigation in the US for attempted murder.

Antonio Brown’s downfall continues

Brown, who wrote about CTE-like symptoms on “X,” was reportedly involved in a brawl at a boxing event in May, and shots were apparently fired. It is currently unclear whether he could be extradited from the United Arab Emirates to the US.

Only one thing is certain: the unprecedented downfall of the former star receiver continues. Even the pictures on Instagram cannot hide that.
