Aaron Rodgers has been causing quite a stir lately with his comments on hallucinogenic substances. Now the New York Jets quarterback will even be one of the speakers at the world’s largest conference on psychedelics
Aaron Rodgers has made no secret of his use of the hallucinogenic potion ayahuasca in the past. Now the New York Jets quarterback is even a speaker at Psychedelics Science in Denver, arguably the world’s largest conference on psychedelics.
There he will talk to a podcaster on Wednesday about how his ayahuasca consumption supposedly makes him better as a player. The conference is organised by the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies, an organisation that advocates for the legalisation of psychedelics.
Aaron Rodgers: Unconditional Self-Love
In August 2022, Rodgers spoke openly for the first time about his experience with ayahuasca, which helped him to “love himself unconditionally”.
According to NFL regulations, the consumption of ayahuasca is not a violation of the league’s drug regulations.
In addition to Rodgers, the conference will also feature rapper and actor Jaden Smith and former Republican Governor of Texas Rick Perry.
