NFL: 2025 preseason schedule at a glance – Pete Carroll returns to Seattle

The NFL preseason traditionally begins with the Hall of Fame Game. Now, the complete schedule for each team in the preseason has been finalized.

In the summer, the NFL awakens from its months-long slumber, and the Los Angeles Chargers and Detroit Lions face off in the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio, to kick off the preseason.

The league has now released the complete preseason schedule.

The 32 teams will play their preseason games through August 23 (local time) to get ready for the season. While the stars will only see sporadic action, the rest of the players will be fighting for a spot on the roster.

Each team will play three preseason games, with the Chargers and Lions being the exceptions, playing four games each due to the Hall of Fame Game.

There will be a special highlight in week one when Pete Carroll returns to Seattle with the Las Vegas Raiders to face the Seahawks. However, it is doubtful whether former Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith will play.
