Peyton Manning has caused Tom Brady to receive a massive downgrade in the “MADDEN 22” video game, angering his former rival.
Munich – Peyton Manning can’t let it go. Since the now 45-year-old retired in 2015, he has taken every opportunity to tease his former rival Tom Brady.
His new job is to watch NFL players, evaluate their play and, on that basis, improve or worsen the ratings of the video game “Madden 22”. He now used this role to once again take Brady for a ride.
He changed the rating of the seven-time Super Bowl winner and favourite for this season’s MVP award from 98 to 44, briefly making him one of the worst players in the game.
“I think Brady’s accuracy rating in particular is a little bit too high,” Manning joked in a marketing video for the promotion. “That will certainly be one of the first things I address. “

Meanwhile, the “virtual Brady” has regained his old rating. In the real world, Brady is doing exactly what he has been doing for over 20 years. He is on his way to the playoffs with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He himself continues to provide statistical highlights as well. After Week 14, the 44-year-old leads the NFL in passing yards (4,134) and touchdowns thrown (36).
Brady should be able to laugh about the prank of his former opponent Peyton Manning anyway. Both get along famously and are considered great mutual admirers.
