Quarterback legend Drew Brees ended his NFL career last year. Now, the longtime Saints playmaker is opening the door for a return to football in a tweet.
Munich – It had all started with a report.
Over the weekend, the “New York Post” wrote that quarterback Drew Brees, who resigned a year ago, was hanging up his job as a commentator on “NBC”.
The article prompted the legendary playmaker to make a statement – and it has a lot to say.
Brees surprises with statement
“Despite media speculation about my future this fall, I’m currently undecided. Maybe I’ll keep working for NBC, maybe I’ll play football again, maybe I’ll focus on business and philanthropy. “
And further, “Maybe I’ll coach for the Pickleball Tour , the Senior Golf Tour, coach my kids or all of the above. I’ll let you know. “
